In 2011, Michelle began exploring yoga to offset the long stretches of time she spent sitting in front of a computer at her corporate job. She was hooked on yoga after her first Hatha class and worked to regain some of the flexibility she had lost. The best part of that first class: a quiet mind and a sense of calm. Michelle completed her 200 hour certification in July 2020. Michelle believes yoga can be accessible to all and wants to share her love of yoga, hoping to impart that sense of calm she felt during her first yoga class.
