Julia holds a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto. She is a certified Personal Trainer and and has a background in health and fitness with over 20 years of group fitness teaching experience. Her passion for fitness began through her love of participating in group exercise classes at her local community centre where she eventually became the Fitness Supervisor responsible for managing all aspects of the fitness centre including group fitness classes, weight and cardio equipment, and hiring personal trainers and group fitness instructors. She takes a holistic approach to fitness benefiting the mind, body and spirit and designs her classes to ensure they are safe, effective and fun for all who participate.
