Chase Schaap

Chase graduated from East Carolina University near the top of his class with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Professional Acting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After graduation, he accepted a job at a fast growing technology startup in Chicago that was eventually acquired for over $1B. But prior to the acquisition, Chase took a leap of faith by walking away from the company to pursue more fulfilling work in the fitness industry.

Combining his passion for fitness and love for teaching, which he developed in college, Chase became a personal trainer. He worked for about a year at Equinox and Fitness Formula Clubs to learn the ropes of the industry before taking another leap of faith by starting his own fitness business, Incremental Gains LLC, a premiere personal training company. Chase has worked with entrepreneurs, C-level executive, professional performers, and many other high achieving professionals.

In 2020, when the fitness industry was severely impacted by the pandemic, Chase saved Incremental Gains by offering a service that was too valuable for his clients to give up. He also recognized the growing demand for remote fitness and started his next venture, Work From Home (WFH) Fitness LLC, an online fitness coaching company. He currently owns and operates both businesses.

Chase is grateful to serve the health and well being of others and is determined to leave an impact. He enjoys functional fitness and specializes in strength training, mobility training and cardiovascular training. He plans to compete in the 2023 Chicago Triathlon. In his free time, Chase enjoys traveling, eating good food, and spending time with friends and family.
