I’m Ellie Smith. I’ve been a registered nurse for 25 years and have been a fitness instructor for eight years. I currently teach a weekly step aerobics class, indoor cycling class, a Gams and glutes class, and a Les mills body balance (yoga style) class. I also have historically taught a couple of different formats of interval style classes. I have a husband and 2 children. Exercise (particularly group exercise) has been my very favorite thing to do since my late teens!
