Mom Motivator - Lose weight through movement! Dawn has been a group fitness enthusiast for over 30 years.  Dawn is an AFAA certified group instructor and an Xtreme Hip Hop certified instructor.  It is Dawn's passion to encourage and uplift her community with movement.  No matter where you are in your journey, you are welcome! Dawn is interested in the fitness industry because not only is fitness essential to improving your brain health, it improves heart health and muscle strength, and is fun! Dawn loves any kind of group fitness class.  She enjoys, spin, step aerobics, yoga, Zumba, and muscle sculpting classes. Fitness can be enjoyed by anyone, no matter where you are on your fitness journey, it is important to keep going, this is not a fad, but a lifestyle.
