A fitness enthusiast for the last 30 years, and have engaged in various forms of exercise, such as Barre, BarreBounce, Barre Tabata, Aerial Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing, Pound, HIIT, TRX, Willpower & Grace, weights, running, rebounding, and much more. Over the last couple years, I’ve been teaching Barre, BarreBounce, Barre Tabata, Barre-X and Barre-X Tabata. Highly motivated and focused to help others reach their health & fitness goals. An ability to motivate participants and implement safe and effective exercise programs.
