Tasha Oldham

Tasha has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for over 20 years, and teaching for about 5 years. She was a competitive dancer for 10 years and leverages fitness for overall mental and physical health. Her classes are about releasing all the baggage we carry around in our everyday lives, thoughts, emotions and being fully present in our bodies. She specialized in those with injuries, in chronic pain and those who have experienced trauma.
