I am an avid promoter of good health thru the CRY principle. I have been personal training for 8 years privately without a certification until this year. Fitness is not my hobby it is a way of life for me. In my classes I always stress the importance of breathing correctly, form, and posture. My average class size is 20 members, and the classes are Bodyworks, Yoga, Bootcamp cardio, clubboxing, and Kickboxing.
