Jeremiah Evans

1. I was born in a small city in Georgia, called Rome. One of those places where most people don’t own a passport. That wasn’t going to be me at all. I moved from there the second I graduated High School. I joined the Marine Corps, moved to Alabama, and started a BS in Exercise Phys. all in the same year. If that wasn’t enough, I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer and LES MILLS group fitness instructor at the age of 18 as well. Those decisions helped launch my fitness career. I went on to become a Regional Personal Training Manager for Gold’s Gym and International Master Trainer for LES MILLS New Zealand and Reebok USA. I had the amazing opportunity to be part of the creative development behind several LES MILLS programs as well as live filming for over 100 thousand instructors globally. I’ve travelled to more than a dozen countries and 48 of the United States, but somehow ended up in Atlanta, GA. I live with my gorgeous (and Scottish) wife, and our Goldendoodle named Nessie. Fitness is not just a passion, rather a lifestyle of mine. I’ll forever continue to pay forward what I’ve learned through health and fitness. We deserve to feel good, move well and live long. It’s not easy, but I’m here to motivate, inspire,  and educate you!

 Exercise Science is my jam. I’ve personal trained clients well over ten thousand hours and taught thousands of group classes. So, I have a keen eye for spotting when to scale intensity up or down, understanding boundaries, and knowing who I can have a friendly competition with.
