Deb's mission is to shine a light on best practices in health and wellbeing and to share the beneficial techniques and practices of Yoga and mindfulness. 

Deb's focus on evidence-based activities for personal wellbeing has supported healthier, safer, more mindful communities through her presentations of The MYndful Movement Program. 

Deb has been a primary, intermediate and senior-level teacher, Ontario College of Teachers member, for more than 15 years. Deb currently runs her own business, focusing her career as a professional development instructor, nutrition coach, mindfulness facilitator, certified personal trainer, mindful movement teacher, and yoga instructor with more than 10-years of experience in classrooms, studios, and even on beaches. Deb has taught yoga in several resorts and enjoys meeting new people from all over the world.

As a certified yoga instructor, Deb has lead a variety of types of yoga classes, although, her certification and focus is in Hatha Yoga. She feels it is important to create an environment in her classes, and especially when participants are on vacation/holidays, where they feel safe and comfortable.

Deb publshed The MYndful Movement Program in 2019 and is proud to see schools, corporations, and community groups integrating yoga and mindfulness for their health and wellbeing.
