Adam Swartz

Adam Swartz and Netta Omer Swartz are both certified yoga and pilates instructors who were recently married in Cyprus.

We met at a yoga teacher training in Guatemala and have been glued at the hip ever since.

Netta was a professional dancer in her previous career and brings a unique rhythm and flow to her classes.

Adam was diagnosed with multiple brain tumors in 2020 and has used breath work and yoga to stabilize his mind, body and spirit as he fights this rare disease.

Netta and Adam cover all aspects of breathing, meditation and yoga and can relate to anyone in the room.
