My name is Julie Cady. I am a former middle school teacher turned stay-at-home mom to four kids ages eight and under. I am constantly in a state of motion and exercise gives me the energy, strength, and metal clarity to do all that I do. It's a bonus that I get to call it work! I have been teaching group fitness classes since 2004 and it is my absolute favorite job ever. I taught up until the last few days before delivering each of my children and I swear it is what allowed me the strength and ability to maintain a fit and healthy pregnancy and postpartum experience. Not only do I get to stay in shape as part of my job, but I get to work with people who are just trying to move their bodies and strive to be their best selves. It's the best! I really enjoy working with all different populations--meeting people where they are and helping them feel successful by modifying and progressing their workout to fit their needs. In my free time, I like to hike, ski, participate in community outreach with philanthropic organizations, and do DIY home renovation projects.
