My name is Brittany and I have a passion for preventative health care and wellbeing. I am a registered nurse at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center, and I have the privilege of bringing mindfulness in the form of yoga and tai chi to Veterans as forms of complimentary health services. My favorite version of self-care is getting daily movement through yoga, tai chi, running, boot camps, weight training, or dancing. I would love to bring my favorite form of self-care & wellness to travelers on vacation through yoga and tai chi!
