Jessica Kelly

Jess started taking group fitness classes the day she turned 16 and was old enough to attend them at her local Women's Gym. Playing sports growing up, going to the gym and experiencing different types of fitness, camaraderie and community only enhanced her love for all things health and wellness. She attended Penn State University and enrolled in their top rated Fitness Instructor Program and was instantly drawn to strength and cardio based formats, indoor cycling still being her primary focus today. Since graduation in 2009, Jess took advantage of the comprehensive training she had at Penn State and taught all types of formats at many different gyms and studios. For the past 6 years Jess has been a leader at Lifetime Fitness in the endurance and group fitness space, as well as a triathlon coach and triathlete herself. Jess loves to travel and race or workout on each destination she finds.
