E-RYT 200 INSTRUCTOR
Rachel has a deep passion for helping everyone she encounters — both in her classes and off the mat — manifest their dreams and understand themselves. At an early age she was dancing, playing soccer and later cheerleading. The transition from high school to college is where Rachel fell in love with the Yoga Practice, taking college Yoga courses and practicing regularly. It is not until two years after college, that Rachel found herself searching for a deeper meaning in her Yoga Practice, leading to her 200 hour teaching certification in hopes to inspire and help others live an abundant life. Yoga has helped Rachel manage stress and cultivate a better relationship with herself. Rachel’s love of movement translates to a practice and teaching style that is both strong and graceful, challenging and grounding. Over the years, her practice has become much more than just physical, taking on a more spiritual role with meditation and mindfulness practices. Rachel’s yoga flows will help to break down your ego, open your heart, and invite a new sense of peace to your life.
