Holly Cipriani

Holly Cipriani is a certified 200 hour RYT specializing in Vinyasa flow yoga receiving her certification from California Yoga in 2020 and has since completed an additional 75 hours of yoga for Mental Health and Wellness through Yoga Medicine. As an RRCA certified running coach and avid runner, she specializes in yoga for runners but maintains a belief that yoga is for every body, mind, and soul and strives to offer accessible options focused on empowerment, self-love, and connecting to our inner voices. She works 1:1 with individuals to teach yoga techniques to support mental health for anxiety, depression, and trauma along with offering studio and community classes. It is her goal you walk away from class feeling refreshed and reminded of your inner voice!
