Jasmin Vardigan

Jasmin has been teaching hot and vinyasa style yoga for 11 years. Her background is in injury prevention, proper alignment, anatomy, acceptance of the self, challenging the self to be uncomfortable (in order to create change) while bringing fun and energy to each interaction.  Jasmin received her bachelor's degree from WMU and spent 8 years in the US Army Reserves. 
She has 8 cats and is happy to foster. Teaching yoga is her outlet and a way to connect on a deeper level with those around her.
