Jenna Walker

As a RYT and forever student of the practice, my mission is to to support people on their journey to personal empowerment through yoga/movement, a healthy lifestyle and the spirit of God.

As I began my yoga journey I started to see and feel the effects immediately. I was happier, was able to deal with stress better and I felt more confident in myself and my capabilities. After a year of practice, I knew I wanted to teach these tools and share the benefits with as many people as I could. Shortly after I moved to Orlando, I found Guruv Yoga Studio where I got my 200 hour yoga teacher certification. Yoga has helped change my life for the better.  I am stronger, I feel more at peace and I am able to take what I’ve learned on the mat into my everyday life.

I love the way yoga integrates movement with the breath to create a full body experience that can be extremely healing for the mind. A consistent yoga practice can reduce stress, help you stay calm and focus, cultivate discipline and help you learn to self-regulate. As I grow as a yoga instructor, I want to help my community build a yoga practice that is their own. I want to help people to find confidence, strength and peace and personal empowerment on and off the mat.
