Sandy Veinot

Welcome!

My name is Sandy Veinot. I’m from a small village in Nova Scotia, Canada. I live here on a hobby farm with my husband, three dogs, a pet turkey, a pet duck, and two chickens:) 

I have taken a Yoga in Schools 200h YTT including yoga for Autism, and yoga for special needs. I have taught Yoga 11, in my local school, as I’m also a school teacher. I have taken a 200h Yoga Therapy YTT in India, and am currently taking both a 200h Kundalini YTT, and a 100h Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive YTT. 

I have been teaching yoga in schools for over 15 years and yoga in the community for a year:)
