My love for health and holistic wellness began at an early age with an interest in nutrition and a love of movement. My practice incorporates all aspects of the individual: mind, body and spirit. My mission is to help people feel better in their bodies and encourage them to live the healthiest life possible. Through Pilates, Yoga, Ayurveda and Bodywork, I help the client increase strength, mobility and ease of movement as well as uplevel diet and daily routine for optimum health. I listen to the client’s needs and goals, and create the best possible plan using their unique skill set to increase the health and well being of the client.
