Maria Sokolova

Maria is a certified pilates mat instructor. She took over 150hr of training with Balanced Body master instructors from California, Florida and other states to compete her certification. She’s been practicing pilates for many years and has been working with private clients and running group pilates mat classes since 2022. Maria has a background in dance specializing in middle eastern dance. She’s been a dance instructor for nearly two decades and performed all over the world. Her extensive knowledge in movement and body dynamics, high energy, positive attitude, sense of humor, and desire to help her clients made her in-demand instructor in both fitness and dance. In addition, travel is her passion!
