Fran Garton is a speaker, Body-Positive Personal Trainer, Pain Reduction Coach and Fibromyalgia Warrior who teaches people to live pain-free. She teaches them to identify their triggers, reduce stress + set boundaries with easy-to-implement mindset, movement + nutrition strategies. Through her mastery of modifications and effective movement programs, Fran’s here to add laughter and fun to your life, and shake up your approach to movement and pain. She is a certified personal trainer, QiGong Instructor, Group Fitness Teacher, Pelvic Floor Specialist, Barefoot Specialist, Active Aging Specialist, Stress Resiliency Certification, Meditation Certificate and Pain Management Certificate. Fran has extensive experience working with a variety of clients from absolute beginners to advanced exercisers. She also has experience modifying exercises if people have injuries or health conditions that impact their movements. Her training style includes a combination of strength, cardio, balance and mobility so every workout is multi-dimensional and targets the whole body.
