I'm a certified personal trainer that also teaches group fitness. I started at Lucille Roberts as a group fitness instructor taught 22 classes a week and did personal training. Then from there I went to The Slope, YMCA, Evolutions and then to Harbor Fitness. I'm currently still employed at The Slope, Evolutions and Harbor. I also have my own clients that I personal train for my own company called Total Body.
