Marie-Félicité Gignac

Marie-Félicité Gignac is born in Ottawa, Canada.  She started doing yoga with her family in her early childhood.  She grew up travelling around the world with her family as her parents worked in Africa, Middle East, Europe and North America.  She moved to Montreal in Quebec, in Canada, in 1988 where she studied at McGill University, Université de Montréal and HEC and then established herself as a professional in Human Resources and raised 4 kids with her husband.

Marie-Félicité has been practicing yoga for 23 years and has been a certified teacher since 2008.  She has been teaching at least 3 yoga classes a week since 2015 to small groups of 5 to 15 participants (adults only, child/parent, kids only).

She has been member of Yoga Alliance since 2022.
