Whitney Houlin

My name is Whitney Houlin. I'm 34 years old and have been teaching group fitness for the last 8 years. I'm a mom of 3 kids that loves to cook and travel! I grew up in Florida, so now living in a much colder Utah, we love to get to warm places when we can! When I'm not teaching group fitness classes, I also run a fitness instagram account @getfit_whit. I'm passionate about health and fitness, not only for myself, but I love helping others realize the joy that can be found through movement.
