I have been involved in fitness since I can remember, growing up in an active household, playing volleyball, basketball, badminton, and softball, and having the opportunity to compete in school sports, at both provincial and national levels.  As I grew older, I loved going to classes and eventually became a fitness instructor, trying out many different classes including strength, barre, and HIIT style classes.  I have held morning bootcamp classes, foam rolling and mobility workshops, and really enjoy the diversity that sport can give us.  I think that 'moving' is important all the time, and there are so many fun ways to get everyone involved, giving plenty of options for all levels of participants.

I love having the opportunity to teach fitness classes, this is hands down one of the best jobs someone could have! I'm here ready to cheer you on and celebrate wherever you are in your fitness journey, and hopefully motivate you to try new things.

As a nurse, I know that one of the keys to living a long healthy life is movement, and working out should be a celebration of what your body can do.
