I am a Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer by trade. I love teaching, coaching and promoting all things movement! I practice what I preach and love to be an example to everyone around me. My second passion is travelling with my loved ones. I love to learn about different cultures, explore new places and meet new people. I specialize in sports training, CrossFit and traditional and Olympic weightlifting.
