Casey Fant

Casey is a graduate of the University of Arkansas in Public Health and Exercise Science.  After graduating with her B.S. in Community Health Education she worked as Fitness Director for Walton Life Fitness Center, Walmart’s corporate fitness center, for 16 years.  She returned to the University of Arkansas to work for University Recreation and earned her M.S. in Exercise Science. She is currently the Assistant Director for Fitness and Wellness and teaches multiple fitness formats to the campus community. Her goal is to help educate others about the importance of physical activity and how it influences all dimensions of wellness.

Casey resides in Fayetteville, AR with her husband, 2 children, and 2 dogs.

In her spare time, she enjoys attending her children's sports activities, hiking, gardening, and traveling.
