Cindy Burdette

Cindy has been practicing yoga and Ayurveda for 20+ years and holds a deep belief that each person intuitively knows what is best for them. She is trained as a 240-hour trauma-informed yoga instructor with a special focus on building a strong core, finding your natural flow, and listening to your body throughout each practice. Gently weaving yoga philosophy and pranayama into each class, Cindy invites her students to practice yoga as a way to connect to each other and the world as a community and find balance in their lives. She is a big fan of all forms of yoga and enjoys creating variety and new experiences for her classes. Running is one of her many passions, completing multiple races per year Cindy understands the unique strength and stretching needs of runners and athletes. An avid traveler who considers the Caribbean home, she is super excited to be a part of the Fit Bodies family, meet lots of new friends, and see the world while sharing the beautiful and peaceful practice of yoga.
