Adriane Watson

Adriane is a 200-hour RYT from the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland in the US. She completed her training with Blue Lotus Yoga & Barre in Annapolis, Maryland in April 2022 after more than a decade of personal yoga practice. Adriane's path to becoming a yoga instructor began during her sophomore year in college when she took a class at a local chiropractic office. She was immediately drawn to the stillness, internal focus and peace she found on her mat. As a longtime sufferer of an anxiety disorder, Adriane quickly became enamored by the mental and emotional benefits of yoga. She returned to her practice time and time again to cope with the ebbs and flows of her life. Adriane is a profound believer that the practice of yoga allows us to work IN - creating space to arrive fully in our lives and live fully in the present moment. She finds joy in linking her vinyasa sequences with carefully curated playlists and believes music is an essential element that elevates any yoga class. She resides with her family - lots of kids, lots of dogs - on an idyllic farmette near the water and enjoys boating, gardening and travel.
