Keisha has been teaching fitness and dance for over 20 years. After moving to New York, she developed an interest in specialized fitness. The intense drive, focus, determination, and commitment of her clientele pushes her to become a better teacher every day.
Keisha has extensively trained and taught styles of Physique 57, YogaWorks,The Tracy Anderson Method, Exhale, Bari, Brooklyn Bodyburn, Lagree, and Rumble Boxing and Training.
Keisha has had a professional career as a dancer for the NBA’s Indiana Pacers, NFL’s San Diego Chargers, NFL's New York Jets, the California Ballet Company, and the Alaska Dance Theater.
In her classes, Keisha focuses on the fluidity of movement. Exercise should make sense and flow from one movement to the next without extensive set up. Through toning and strengthening exercises one can and will get a good sweat on.
