- I began my Yoga journey during my time in college where I mainly used my practice as a means for physical exercise. Over time it became a way for me to live a more mindful life, and eventually Yoga became a lifestyle and philosophy that I live by. After three years of consistently practicing I decided to do a Yoga teacher training program in order to grow and learn as a Yogi, as well as a teacher in what I love. Not only did that experience provide me with a deeper understanding of my practice, but it also allowed me to reach a deeper understanding of myself. I soon realized that I wanted to continue spreading the Yoga mentality to others. As a teacher, I strive to not only share aspects of mindful living, but to most importantly help my students feel good in their Yoga postures. This practice has lead me to find challenge in the physical Asana, to feel a sense of community, to seek spirituality, and to live with a kind heart. I hope to help many others grow throughout their Yoga journeys.
