maryann is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and yoga instructor. When she’s not in the gym or on her mat she’s enjoying the outdoors playing with her children, riding horses or walking. Her goal is to help clients create a practice that’s sustainable and fulfilling, whether that’s through a combination of yoga, strength training, cardio, or whatever’s calling to you on any given day. She knows variety is the spice of life—both in and out of the gym!
