Kristin Lehmkuhl

My name is Kristin Lehmkuhl. I graduated from the University of Toledo (Ohio) with a bachelor's degree in special education in 1995 and a Master's degree in administration in 1997. I have been enjoying fitness classes and exercising for at least twelve years. In 2004 I received personal training certification from AFAA. I also have received various certifications through the YMCA, such a personal traing and group fitness. I am CPR and First-Aid certified through 2005. Currently, I teach a sculpting class and pilates on a regular schedule and cycling and step-aerobics. I am a full-time mother of two and a wife.
