Like several people, I began practicing yoga a couple of times a week as a supplement to another activity. Overtime and with regular practice, my body became alive again and previous limitations became memories. Fast forward a few years and yoga has become a daily practice, whether it be a physical practice, a meditation, or both. I’ve completed two 200 YTT training courses along with other workshops. The most important lesson I’ve learned is that yoga truly is for everyone and every body. Just as every day is a new day, every practice is a new practice with the opportunity to discover something new. I enjoy guiding students through poses with clear direction and awareness of breath to provide a physical workout that all levels can easily modify.
