Sherika White

Sherika Highman White holds a Master of Public Health in Behavior Science and Health Education and a Bachelor's in Food Science. Sherika was introduced to Zumba in 2008; however, she did not feel confident in her skills and abilities until 2013 when classes were offered 3 times per week and she became a front-row diva! Sherika believes you have to have the mindset, “Be Determined to Win!” Sherika became a Licensed ZUMBA® Fitness Instructor in 2016. Sherika started teaching her first class in March 2017. Currently licensed in Zumba Fitness®️, Zumba Toning®️, Zumba Step®️, Pound, and MixxedFit®️! In the words of Missy Elliot, “music makes me lose control!” Sherika loves dancing and the wonderful feeling of joy that it brings and loves sharing that joy with her students! Join the party!!!
