I have been a personal trainer and yoga teacher for over 10 years. Yoga has been a life-changing journey for me and I love sharing all the knowledge I have learned over the last decade. I teach alignment-based classes, which I strive to make accessible to all levels through modifications, variations and use of props. My goal is to leave you feeling relaxed and more aware of and in-sync with your body and breath.
