Hi, I am Adriana. I started my journey as a yoga teacher in 2015 teaching private, corporate and public classes in London. My teaching style is welcoming & inclusive. I encourage students to come as they are and enjoy the benefits of mindful movement and breath work to connect to themselves, release tensions and fully relax the body and mind. My classes are dynamic, creative adapted to every level of practice. I love to connect the movement with the breath and follow alignment principles, so my students can expect a fun and creative flow to activate the energies of the body and open those areas that are holding tension. The class would be followed by a relaxing meditation session to finish feeling restored and uplifted.
Teaching yoga is my calling but it goes further than that. Yoga truly changed my life and the way I see the world around me, my relationships and how I connect to my body. Yoga has helped me to managed my expectations, live in the present moment and enjoy every second that life offers me in harmony with my feelings and thoughts. I am very passionate and I love to invite my students to experience all the benefits this practice has to offer.
