I offer vibrant and fun fitness sessions delivered either 1-1 or in groups. I'm known for my Booty Band Group Fitness sessions.
My yoga sessions are revitalising and grounding. Participants will leave feeling centred and awakened to their bodies.
I enjoy being able to offer my knowledge from 11 years of experience through motivationally speaking. I do a lot of trauma-based lead speaking and women's empowerment lead speaking. My personal experiences show people that they can come out stronger from family and domestic violence with the right support and mindset.
I also have a lot of experience in movement-based support for people with disabilities. This is always a fun and uplifting way to improve strength and fitness that's all-inclusive.
I really enjoy being in the health and fitness industry as it's both rewarding and challenging.
I work with so many walks of life and love that each person I support is so different in abilities, needs and goals.
From single mums to women with cerebral palsy that were never meant to walk. Intimate yoga groups of 2 people to workshops with 30-40 people. There is nothing I don't want to try and no one I don't want to support. We are all entitled to movement.
My personal goals this year are to continue to go my business and expand further into the mental health support sector, freeing me up to be able to spend time travelling with my family.
If I can travel and still do what I love doing within the health and fitness space that would really set my soul alight!
