As the owner and director of Homebodies, a progressive personal training firm specializing in at-home and on-location instruction, she has worked with some of the city’s most successful and influential people. She employs a large team of educated and dynamic trainers that are skilled in a variety of exercise modalities that challenge and empower her clients.In addition to her credentials as a fitness professional with National Academy of Sports Medicine, The American Council on Exercise, and IDEA Health and Fitness Association,Elizabeth is a certified Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches, Corp., a leader in coaching wellness, health and fitness and a Nutrition Specialist with Lifestyle Management Associates. She is also a consultant for corporate coaching firms working directly with executives to help them achieve their fitness goals.
