Laura McCarthy

Hello! I’m Laura – mother to a busy toddler, dog mom to two crazy dogs, and the partner in crime to my travel and wine loving husband. I’m a “retired” CPA, turned European traveler (we lived in Germany for three years), turned stay at home mom in America. Before moving to Germany, I went through yoga teacher training and taught in Atlanta at apartment complexes after work and at a boutique yoga studio in the mornings before my corporate job. I also recently completed a prenatal and postnatal teaching certification as well as a meditation training certification. During my first pregnancy I completed a training to be a prenatal and postnatal fitness specialist. I currently teach via my Yoga YouTube channel, teaching prenatal, restorative yoga, guided meditations, and all levels vinyasa classes. I am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga while helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. I love spreading positive energy, empowerment and love to the community.
