Through a lighthearted approach to teaching, I aim to bring my students back to that internal balance. I have a 200-hour yoga teacher certification and have completed several other advanced trainings. My classes combine strengthening and stretching poses as well as pranayama and chanting. I love introducing people to restorative poses to help present the balance that closely mirrors our lives. My classes are tailored to meet all levels of Yogis/Yoginis. I love sharing Yoga with the world; it is truly my passion and calling in life.
