Joanna Heckert

I am an e-RYT200, RYT500, YACEP living in Beaufort, SC. I provide the opportunity for yoga students of all skill levels to practice yoga. My passion and personal area of expertise is yoga for seniors; aging bodies require modifications, adaptations, care, and a focus on functional mobility for independence and quality of life. My goal is to inspire, empower, and engage the minds and bodies of my clients and community through yoga. I am also trained in wall yoga, aerial yoga, and standup paddleboard yoga and completed the Integrative Yoga for Seniors course at Duke Integrative Medicine.
