Ann Davis

My name is Ann Davis and I am a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Through continue ed, I am also a HIIT instructor, kickboxing instructor and small group instructor. I have been a personal trainer since December 0f 2012 and a health coach since 2014. My fulltime job is a physical education teacher at a high school located in the city of Chicago.
