Jenny White

Jenny White is a wife, mama, DJ, yoga teacher and self proclaimed mermaid! She currently lives in Colorado, but finds her way to the beach as often as she can.

Jenny has expressed herself through movement for as long as she can remember.  She’s been practicing and teaching movement through dance and yoga for nearly 30 years.  She combines her advanced education in hot yoga, vinyasa, yin, restorative, aerial trapeze yoga, pranayama, classical ballet and modern dance into her sessions.

Jenny loves to inspire others to RISE into themselves by weaving sweet moments of self care into their days.

Since becoming a mother, it has become more and more apparent to Jenny just how essential a strong & constant self care practice is, and how it isn't always a weekend getaway or spa day!  She realizes that when she is at her healthiest self - mind, body and heart - she’s able to show up for herself,  her family and her community in her best + most magical way.  She loves to see the impact that a self care practice has on her students lives and loves to inspire others to RISE into themselves by weaving sweet moments of self care into their days.
