Melanie Moore

 

My name is Melanie Moore, and I was born and raised in Colorado. I have always been involved in sports, fitness and anything outdoors and love that I now am coaching fitness classes! I have retired from my full-time work in healthcare and now loving the coaching experience. I am excited to have the flexibility to pursue new adventures and increase my education and training in different aspects of fitness, which is where my true passion lies! I am looking forward to combining my fitness and travel passions. I currently have certifications in Personal training, Group fitness, Pilates (mat) and Barre.  I enjoy teaching group fitness classes where participants naturally find shared interests with each other and begin to build friendships around fitness and hold each other accountable. Having different formats of coaching experience is proving to be valuable as there is not a "one-size fits all" to support individual fitness needs and goals. 

As I have been active my entire life, strength training has always been something I come back to.  I am focused on getting women more comfortable with strength training for the many benefits it provides throughout life, but especially later in life.  Strength training is the fountain of youth and health.
