Hi, I'm Sarah. I love reading Jane Austen novels on repeat, cooking healthy delicious food for my family, and educating myself and those around me about creating a healthier lifestyle through yoga.
I share my love for yoga as a foundational aspect of my life and my goal is to provide you with the ability and tools to help you feel good in your body and live your best life.
I discovered and fell in love with yoga more than twenty years ago and have been busy practicing ever since. I began teaching yoga in 2019.
I have a special focus on improving bone health for post menopausal women through yoga. I cared for my grandmother for ten years through two osteoporotic hip fractures. After my grandmother died, I did my yoga teacher training and realized that yoga can be a wonderful way to improve bone health. This started my journey to improve bone health for women.
