Kim had injured her back as a teen and was diagnosed with anxiety & ADHD in 2017. While Kim had been practicing yoga for several years , this diagnosis prompted her to engage more deeply in her practice . She was seeking tools to naturally invite more peace, ease, joy, & clarity to her life. Yoga offered deep physical healing along with mental clarity aiding in focus , productivity , and over all a more balanced joyful life . Kim felt like this practice enhanced her quality of life and knew she wanted to share this gift of yoga with her loved ones and her community. Kim obtained her 200-hour certification with Karma life holistic wellness and is in the process of obtaining her 500 hour with Cathy Madeo. physically. Kim is also a passionate Ayurvedic practitioner , peristeam therapist, reiki level II and enjoys sound healing and inviting different aspects of wellness in to her life . She hopes to show her students that regardless of your soil, you too can bloom through the mud the muck with a little bit of love & light. No matter your circumstances, all humans can benefit from the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits that yoga offers.
