Courtney Mickley Hamm

Courtney is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher and a holistic health practitioner with a master’s in teaching. After expanding her family and leaving her middle school teaching career, she focused her creative and healing energies on sharing yoga. She recently started her own company in order to lead retreats and classes that truly reflect her philosophy. Her love of and commitment to the practice continues as she shares with an expanded community through travel.
