I have been a dancer and fitness enthusiast all of my life. I trained to be a ballerina through college and then started in the fitness industry in my early 20's. Later in life, I found Yoga and became certified as a 200RYT. I recently finished my 500 hr yoga certification. I am certified in PTSD trauma, mindfulness and breathwork. I teach 7-8 yoga classes per week at a local studio and do several private and free sessions during the summer at different outside parks/areas. I teach beginner, intermediate and advanced vinyasa yoga & restorative yoga. I also am a Group Fitness Instructor and teach Total Body classes which is dumbbells and cardio similar to HIIT. I am also a Travel Professional and have traveled to Caribbean & Mexico quite a bit.
I am also a certified SUP (stand up paddleboard) instructor. I was certified several years ago through WPA & Lazy Dog Fitness and then began teaching SUP and SUP yoga classes here on the river and lakes in the area. I am also certified through AquaFit for yoga on paddleboards in the swimming pool.
